Hi there. My name is Barbara Bush. I've been a big soccer fan all my life and I consider myself to be the best player in the Houston Womens Over 80s AGYPF Soccer League (Div C2). Let me introduce myself properly; I am the wife of the 41st President of the United States George H. W. Bush, and mother of the 43rd President George W. Bush and former Florida Governor Jeb Bush. I'll have you know I am one of only two women to be both wife and mother to US presidents (the other being that no-good liberal Abigail Adams). I served as First Lady of the United States from 1989 to 1993, while my husband was President, and this taught me everything I needed to know about soccer. As wife of the Vice President and then President, and continuing after leaving Washington, I have always supported the cause of intelligent soccer. 'Sexy soccerball', I like to call it.
